Where we are

The Island can be reached by a three mile causeway two hours before high water and three hours after high water.

The Holy Island of Lindisfarne lies off the North Eastern coast of Northumberland approximately 50 miles north from Newcastle upon Tyne and 70 miles south of Edinburgh. The nearest railway station is Berwick upon Tweed on the main London to Edinburgh line and the turn off from the main A1 trunk road is at Beal.
